Okkervil River - For Real

I love this song for its apparently calm and folk feeling, and then suddenly hitting into something more. When you listen you’ll notice the defining beats - embarrassingly, I always try to drum on my desk in time - and nearly all the time fail to get in beat. “Black Sheep Boy” was Okkervil River’s fourth album since their humble beginnings in 98. They’re actually quite mainstream, with this album garnering 22nd place on Amazon.com’s Top 50 Albums of 2005. Some times thing’s pass me by! Anyway, here’s “For Real”:
