Straylight Run - Straylight RunWhilst still a part of Taking Back Sunday, Josh Nolan wrote a few songs that didn’t fit – and thus was born the idea of Straylight Run. After leaving the band, he formed Straylight Run in 2003, and released their first eponymous album in October 2004. Since then, they have released an EP and a further full-length album titled “The Needles The Space”. They are another band which many label as “emo” – yet another genre thrown around so much its meaning is… well meaningless! Many say they despise any music from the genre – but give them a listen, and then you can decide whether you like them or not. Here’s Straylight Run’s “The Tension and Terror”:
